Sandy started Thursday evening by hosting a cancer awareness program with local
oncologist Dr. Philip Dy. Dr. Dy proved to be a terrific resource for Sandy.

Among fundraiser items on the table were copies of Jim Schefter's book
"All Corvettes Are Red", both paperback and leather-bound Museum Edition,
donated and signed by the author!
A couple of photo ops there at Funfest.
On to Berea OH for a visit to Mallett Cars.
September 15
We met Chuck Mallett at a dinner during Funfest. After learning about Sandy's
mission he invited us to his shop, near Cleveland. He would do a complete
maintenanceof the C5, replacing anything it might need, and also he would
install the new tires that Carlisle Productions was providing.
This was a major pit stop!
Chuck mounts the new tires from Carlisle... and adds to the shine!
